Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
Landstar Realty Group (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through landstarloans.com (the “Site”), how we use and share it, and the rights California residents have under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (“CCPA”).
1. Information we collect
| Category | Examples | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Identifiers and contact details | Name, phone number, email address, ZIP code | You, when you submit the quiz or contact us |
| Financing preferences | Goal (buy, refinance, cash-out), property use, price range, down payment or equity, self-reported credit range, timeline | You |
| Internet and device activity | IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring site, ad campaign details (UTM parameters, click IDs), cookie identifiers | Automatically, through cookies and similar technologies |
| Communications | Messages, call details and notes from our conversations | You and us |
We do not ask for your Social Security number, bank account numbers or full credit report through this Site. If you later apply for a loan, we will collect additional information through a secure application process, which is covered by our separate GLBA privacy notice.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your request and contact you about real estate and mortgage services, including by phone, text and email where you have consented.
- To match you with licensed professionals and, with your direction, lenders or settlement providers.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site, and to measure and improve our advertising.
- To comply with law and prevent fraud or misuse.
3. How we share information
We share personal information with: (a) our licensed loan officers, agents and employees; (b) service providers that help us run the Site, send messages, store data and measure advertising, under contracts that limit their use; (c) mortgage lenders or other settlement providers when you ask us to or when needed to deliver the services you requested; and (d) authorities or others when required by law or to protect rights and safety. We may disclose information in connection with a business sale or reorganization.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Using advertising cookies from third parties (for example Google or Meta) may count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA. You can opt out at any time on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
4. Cookies and tracking
With your permission we use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement. Essential storage keeps the Site working and remembers your choices. You can accept or decline non-essential tracking in our banner, change your choice any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer, or use a browser or extension that sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we honor as an opt-out of sale or sharing.
5. Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, accounting and record-keeping duties, which for real estate and mortgage records can be several years. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
6. Your California privacy rights
California residents may request to: know what personal information we collect, use, disclose and share; access a copy; delete it; correct inaccurate information; opt out of sale or sharing; and limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not use it beyond what is permitted). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To submit a request, email realtorsinghusa@gmail.com or call (888) 269-3390. We will verify your identity before acting, and you may use an authorized agent with written permission. We respond within 45 days, extendable once as the law allows.
Financial information. The CCPA does not apply to personal information covered by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) or the California Financial Information Privacy Act. Information you give us when applying for a loan is handled under those laws.
Shine the Light. California Civil Code §1798.83 lets California residents ask which categories of personal information we shared with third parties for their direct marketing. We do not share for that purpose.
7. Third-party sites
The Site may link to other sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
8. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new date above.
